SIMD-0148 MoveStake and MoveLamports Instructions
We propose introducing two new instructions to the stake program for moving value between stake accounts with identical Authorized and Lockup:
Feature gate
The account below is the gate. Its state is decoded from the account data on each cluster, so it reflects the chain rather than the proposal text.
